Simple really.
I’m a very sociable gal and I love meeting people (which helps in this job!).
I live in Shropshire, right on the Welsh border, with my husband, our horses, the sheeps 🐑… and Maggie, our very vocal cat (you’ll probably hear her before you see her 😄).

In simple terms, I create and deliver your wedding ceremony, but not the standard, scripted version you might expect.
As an independent wedding celebrant in Shropshire, I write a completely personal ceremony based on your story, your personalities and what matters most to you.
That means you can get married anywhere [ sorry more decisions to make]
Your ceremony feels relaxed and engaging your family and friends are actually going to enjoy it (yes, really)
WHY CHOOSE A CELEBRANT OVER A REGISTRAR?
If you’ve ever been to a traditional registry office ceremony, you’ll know they can feel a little… samey.
The registrars deal with the formality
With a celebrant, your ceremony is completely personal. I like to think its how you want to feel over formality on your day

Wording that actually resonates with you or quite simply just how you want it to feel
It’s your ceremony not a template.
Weddings are so much fun & it’s YOUR DAY.
So it has to reflect you both & your ‘fabularse’ selves.

THE LEGAL BIT
The legal bit (quick and painless, promise)
Now, the only slightly boring bit, don’t worry, I’ll be quick!!
In the UK, as a wedding celebrant, I can’t legally marry you that part is done by a registry office.
BUT don’t let that put you off.
Most couples do the legal bit with a simple 2+2 ceremony — just the two of you and two witnesses (quick, easy, ticked off the list).
You’ll need to give notice of marriage first, but after that you can choose the registry office that suits you it doesn’t have to be your local one.
The ‘legals’ can be turned into another celebration it gives you other opportunities to maybe include some special people as your witnesses.
And once that’s done?
It adds a whole extra layer of calm to your ceremony day, knowing you’re already legally married and everything’s officially sorted.
So when you walk up the aisle, there’s no pressure just the good stuff.
Then we get to the fun part…
We create the real ceremony the one your guests actually remember.
The one that actually feels like your wedding.
